I am a conservative Christian, husband, father, grandfather, legal and Christian educator, amateur theologian and an attorney -- in that order.

DOUGLAS S. HOLDEN is an attorney in private practice in Lakewood, Colorado. He has been a law professor at an online law school from September 28, 1999 to June 2, 2015. He taught Contracts, Criminal Law, Torts, Corporations and Trial Advocacy. Doug is the President of Douglas S. Holden, P.C. where he has a limited law practice in Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Probate, wealth/asset protection planning and Business formation, planning and consulting. Doug, his wife (Sandy) and two sons started an online seminary of which they are very proud even though they were not able to sustain it financially.

Doug has a Juris Doctor Degree (1977) from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (1974) from Regis College (now Regis University), Cum Laude. He is admitted to the Bar of the state of Colorado, member of the American, Colorado, Denver and Jefferson County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the 10th Federal District (October 16, 1977 - present).

Doug and Sandy have attended and been active at Foothills Bible Church (www.4fbc.org), in Littleton, Colorado for more than 22 years. They have been married since October 29, 1966, and are blessed with two sons, one miscarriage child, two daughters-in-law, six grandchildren, one grand dog and one grand cat.

Doug has been a Christian since November of 1972, studies the Bible, Bible doctrine and theology and is an amateur theologian.

Doug is proud to be a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving from 1966 – 1970.
